Originally from a small village in Yorkshire I moved to live on Guernsey then moved to  Wiltshire in 1993. I worked in social care throughout my professional career, latterly working for Wiltshire County Council. Since retiring in 2016 I have been involved with Westbury Community Shed and a Governor at Matravers School. During the pandemic I volunteered with the town council and became a trustee of Westbury Area Network when charity status was granted.
